“ Silvia und Max sind tolle Gastgeber! Sie haben es uns leicht gemacht, uns wohl und wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt, es waren ganz viele Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten im Haus vorzufinden, sie waren bei Fragen und Problemen sofort für uns da und es hat einfach an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus selbst ist auch wunderschön, jedes Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat (bis auf eines) ein eigenes Bad. Ums Haus gibt es viele gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, auch für große Gruppen. Auch verschiedene Kinderstühle wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Grundstück ist riesig und sehr idyllisch. Die Anlage ist wundervoll angelegt. Im Garten leben in einem kleinen Teich Frösche, die munter quaken. Das Highlight unserer Kinder waren der große Pool und die Tiere, die auf dem Hof leben. (Hühner, Meerschweinchen, Ziegen, ein Pferd und ein Esel) Danke, Silvia und Max, für eine tolle Zeit auf Mallorca! Wir kommen gerne wieder. “

“ Eine wunderschöne Finca! Zahlreiche kleine Details und eine Menge Rückzugs- und Sitzgelegenheiten.
Silvia und Max antworten sofort auf jede Frage und sind super herzlich. Der Kühlschrank war bei der Ankunft bereits mit den ersten Getränken gefüllt und auch Salz, Öl, Kaffee, Gewürze etc. standen schon bereit. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet.
Es gibt Sonnenschirme und Handtücher für den Strand, sowie Luftmatratzen und Wasserbälle am Pool.
Einiges Manko sind die vielen Schnaken, gegen die stehen aber Kerzen etc. bereit. “

“ We very much enjoyed our stay at villa7teules. We were grateful for the air conditioning in the bedrooms as we stayed during a heatwave. As mentioned by others the villa had a nice assortment of relaxing areas. The Pool area was very pleasant and there was plenty of shade available and plenty of chairs and loungers. The pool is a good size. Shopping and nice cafes / restaurants were easily accessible.
The villa had a good central location to explore the island. “

“ Wir waren mit insgesamt 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern im Alter bis 4 Jahren bei Silvia und Max zu Gast und blicken auf eine wunderschöne Zeit zurück.
Es hat einfach alles gepasst, Silvia und Max haben alles getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen, ohne sie wirklich wahrgenommen zu haben.
Die Kinder waren besonders von den täglichen neuen Entdeckungen im Pool (Luftmatratzen und sonstigen Spielzeugen) und den Tieren (Esel, Ziegen, Hühnern etc.) begeistert. Die Erwachsenen erfreuten sich an frischen Eiern und den auf dem Anwesen vorzufinden Fruchtbäumen (Zitronen, Pampelmusen, Organgen und Limetten).
Die Finca an sich war bestens ausgestattet und super sauber.
Das mediterrane Flair gefiel uns sehr :)
Wir können dies definitiv weiter empfehlen!

“ We where with a group of 11 guests including 5 kids and had a wonderful time at the mansion. The beautiful garden with lots of shadow and sunny terraces also the fruit trees are so nice!! For the foodies that we are, the kitchen and bbq place gave us a lot of inspiration to cook lovely meals. The kitchen had everything we wished for. Sylvia and Max are wonderful hosts (very helpful with early check in and information) and delivered us some fresh eggs for breakfast and gave us a very relaxing holiday in the oases. “

“ La casa Villa 7 teules (Son Ramonet) es un lugar maravilloso. El anfitrión es muy atento, siempre nos ha atendido de manera excepcional y nos ha encantado tanto el lugar como el trato recibido. La casa es muy amplia y está muy limpia, todo lo necesario lo tienes al alcance y cuidan el detalle. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. Además está muy bien situada para hacer excursiones por la zona y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Cuenta también con un jardín (con frutales incluidos) y una barbacoa que están fenomenal y puedes hacer uso. Todo es mejor incluso que en las fotos. Sí podemos repetiremos muy pronto.

“ We were an extended family of 12 on our first holiday together with a number of different age ranges. The villa provided everything we needed, lots of space both inside and outside so we could get together as a whole family or spend some quiet time alone if we wanted. The gardens were amazing, you could always find something new when walking around, and very peaceful. There are lots of games provided which we made full use of. The outdoor BBQ / kitchen area was excellent and again very well used by us. Max and Sylvia were perfect hosts, they were always fast to respond to any questions we had and very helpful in giving recommendations for places to go or restaurants to eat at. None or our party would hesitate to go to Villa7teules again. ”

“ Where to begin? At Villa7Teules of course!!! The locals all asked us, « How did you know to plan your celebration of love in Llubi? » Instinct. By the grace of God, during Covid we were guided to this incredible land. Where we picked our fresh breakfast fruits from the orchard feasting on Pomellos, figs and citrus . Well equipped, each room was a boho dream with fresh linens and towels. Air conditioning was a plus and with so many charming outdoor sitting areas, one had tough decisions to make daily on which hammock, lounge or tree to sit under to meditate. The pool was perfect as was the gracious hospitality of our hosts. We enjoyed a private native ceremony under the olive tree. We left Max & Silvia some fresh gardenia plants to plant on their beautiful land. We look forward to returning in years to come to celebrate the passing of a good, healthy life. “ Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve à la Villa 7 Teules. Le dépaysement est total. Nichée au milieu de la campagne, l’immense bâtisse semble être hors du temps. Le lieu est magique aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Les volumes sont magnifiques, les 6 chambres spacieuses, la cuisine très agréable, la salle à manger est immense et il y a plein de petits salons pour se poser. Les terrasses sont exposées différemment, du coup, nous avons pris le petit déjeuner sur l’une et dîner sur l’autre. Le jardin est incroyable avec plein d’espèces différentes. Tout est conçu pour accueillir un groupe, nous étions 11 membres d’une même famille et nous n’avons jamais eu l’impression d’être les uns sur les autres tellement la villa est gigantesque. La décoration est très réussie. Le sentiment en permanence d’être chez nous, chez Silvia et Max. Nos hôtes ont été adorables et à notre écoute. Silvia nous a offert un panier d’œufs frais de leurs poules avec lesquels nous nous sommes régalés au petit déjeuner. Max nous a donné des adresses de boucheries renommées afin que nous puissions avoir de la viande de qualité pour le barbecue. Enfin, les magasins et les restaurants qu’ils nous ont recommandé étaient tous de très bons choix. Nous recommandons vivement la Villa 7 Teules et espérons y retourner un jour . Un grand merci à Silvia et Max ! ”

“ Wir haben mit der Familie eine herrliche Zeit bei Silvia und Max verbracht. Die Finca ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Insel und bietet bei voller Auslastung von 12 Personen immer noch irgendwo ein ruhiges, schattiges Eckchen, um sich zu entspannen. Silvia und Max kümmerten sich still und ruhig, um all unsere Bedürfnisse und überraschten uns mal mit Eiern und mal mit Aprikosen. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet und auch die traditionelle Grillküche haben wir gerne und oft genutzt. Alles war mit Liebe eingerichtet und vorbereitet. “ 12 Frauen mit 12 Yogamatten landeten bei Silvia und Max im Paradies. Die Finca ist sowohl innen gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, als auch von einem wundervollen Garten umgeben. Pampelmusen, Orangen und Zitronen zum Pflücken an den Bäumen, frische Eier am Morgen und eine gut ausgestattete Küche, in der es Gewürze, Wasser, Kaffee, Tee etc. für den Anfang gibt.
Silvia und Max als Gastgeber sind unserer Meinung nach, mit Worten kaum zu beschreiben. Sie umsorgen einen still und mit viel Liebe, sind immer da und doch hat man die Finca für sich. Besonders schön war, dass die Finca abseits der Straße liegt und man viel Ruhe hat. Supermärkte in Inca sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und einen Bäcker gibt es in LLubi.
Für Gruppen wichtig zu wissen ist, dass ein DZ kein eigenes Bad hat.
Wir wollten nicht weg!!! Und wollen gerne wieder kommen. ”

“ Celebrated a fabulous 40th birthday not acting my age with friends in Silvia & Max’s beautiful villa. We barbecued, we paella-ed, and we pool partied, and we smelt the rich overtones of the orange blossoms in our down time.
The villa is a private, isolated social space, surrounded by verdant flora and best enjoyed with friends.
Being in the centre of Mallorca it’s an hour or less to pretty much anywhere on the island, and for the days we didn’t want to cook or venture too far, there are a couple of great restaurants in nearby Llubi.
We challenged ourselves to sit in each of the social areas dotted around the grounds, and thought we’d succeeded until noticing a hidden little nook adjacent to the pool, dappled in early morning sunlight, that had remained undiscovered until check out. Next time. ”

“ Mit der ganzen Familie haben wir hier bei Silvia und Max 10 wunderbare Tage verbracht! Das Anwesen bietet zu jeder Tageszeit und für jeden Stand der Sonne kleine schöne Eckchen, in die man sich auch mal verkrümeln kann. Es ist genug Platz für alle, die Küche ist liebevoll mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, vor allem die Basics sind schon da, so dass man sich direkt ein Käffchen oder Tee kochen kann. (Für alle Kaffeevorlieben ist die passende Gerätschaft vorhanden :-) Der Garten ist für alle Pflanzenfreunde ein Traum: Zitronen-, Orangen und Grapefruitbäume duften neben Palmen, Sukkulenten und Lavendel. In einem kleinen Teich quaken Frösche. Die Poolarea ist grosszügig und lässt es einem egal sein, dass das Meer ca. 30 Min Autofahrt weg ist. Man kann in diesem Haus sehr gut mit vielen Menschen sein. Die friedliche Athmosphäre hat uns allen gut getan. Silvia und Max sind sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Hosts. Sie haben uns in allen Belangen geholfen! Manchmal kommt morgens ein weisses Hühnchen vorbei, dass sich über die Krümel vom Frühstückstisch freut. Im Gegenzug gabs zwei mal einen Korb voll frischer Eier für uns. Fabelhaft! Wir kommen gerne wieder. ”

“ Wir haben mit 10 Personen 5 Tage in Silvia und Max´Finca verbracht. Die Zeit war für alle wunderbar und sehr schön. Um keinen ewig langen Text zu schreiben, hier die Stichpunkte. Top: - Die Kommunikation mit Silvia und Max: Die beiden sind extrem nette Gastgeber. Sie wohnen direkt nebenan und sind wirklich immer da, wenn man sie braucht oder eine Frage hat. Beide sind super hilfsbereit, sehr sehr lieb und helfen, wo es nur geht. Silvia antwortet generell innerhalb 1h und Max brachte uns selbst um 22 Uhr noch Feuerholz. Top! - Die Sauberkeit: Die Finca ist sehr sehr sauber. - Die Liebe zum Detail: Jedes einzelne Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit kleinen Details von denen man merkt, dass die Gastgeber sie handverlesen selbst ausgesucht haben. Jedes Zimmer hat dabei einen eigenen Charme. Zudem ist die Finca auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat wirklich alles da, was man braucht, ob Kochutensilien, Badehandtücher für den Strand/Pool oder andere Annehmlichkeiten. - Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schön angelegt und gestaltet. Das einzige, was man aus meiner Sicht noch verbessern kann, ist die Internetverbindung, wobei die Gastgeber hier vermutlich aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Lage nicht viel Möglichkeiten haben. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für alle super. Die Lage ist nett, man ist schnell in Alcudia, in Playa de Muro oder Inca. Mietwagen ist ein MUSS. Silvia und Max sind großartig. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen! Muchas gracias a vosotros dos, que alegria conoceros! ”

“ We had the most amazing stay at Silvia and Max's villa that is beautifully situated in the Mallorcan countryside. The grounds are an oasis of green among the surrounding area that provide the perfect space to relax, either by the pool or in the extensive gardens. There are two big outside tables under gorgeous pagodas, at the front side of the property and in the courtyard at the back. The villa itself is a beautifully renovated farmhouse that is very spacious for 12 people. All rooms are big and light with en suites and comfortable beds. The nearby towns of Sineu and Llubi are delightful Mallorcan villages away from the more touristy coastal towns - they have heaps of character and some amazing traditional restaurants to choose from. Silvia and Max were amazing hosts, all the way from the initial booking to when we checked out of the villa. They were incredibly quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had and gave some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby. All in all an amazing stay and would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Mallorca. Thank you! ”

“ Villa 7Tueles is a traditional, charming Mallorcan farmhouse. For us that was a really important factor. We knew it was Spanish and not just any other European resort. There are several seating areas inside with plenty of room to spread out, and many more outside.
The outside spaces are shady and well appointed, a huge bonus given the hot climate. The pool was fantastic and well maintained. Max was on hand without being intrusive and was always helpful.
You do need a car because it is in the middle of the countryside. However, Its location makes for a peaceful, totally relaxed environment. ”

“ This was the second time we have been lucky enough to stay at Villa 7Teules. This visit was just as lovely as the first. There are a number of wonderful outside seating spaces to relax in and the pool area was a hit with kids and adults alike! Lots of space for our party in the house (7 adults and 4 children) and the air con was a welcome relief during the hot evenings. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the coffee machine! Max and Silvia were brilliant hosts, they helped us via email before we arrived and were on hand during our stay for any queries we had, they even delivered fresh eggs. “ Maravillosas vacaciones en familia. Hemos ido la familia al completo: abuelos, hijos y nietos, y no hay mejor sitio para ello que la Villa 7Teules, ha sido todo un acierto.
Los diversos y cuidados rincones de dentro y, especialmente, fuera de la casa, han hecho que todos hayamos disfrutado de estos días, dándonos cierta privacidad cuando lo necesitábamos y compartiendo mesa y chill out cuando nos reuníamos todos.
Silvia y Max cuidan mucho los detalles y la casa está estupenda, pero diría que el punto fuerte son los diferentes rincones y ambientes que hay en el exterior.
Lo que más éxito ha tenido entre la chavalería, por supuesto, la piscina, con el tamaño perfecto, y con mega flotadores, balones y colchonetas para jugar, y siempre con el agua impecable.
Las habitaciones son de diferentes tamaños, hay unas más amplias que otras, pero siempre cómodas para dos personas.
Max y Silvia siempre muy atentos y discretos, nos han ayudado y solventado nuestras dudas al momento.
La localización es perfecta para conocer la isla, tanto la costa, como los pueblitos de interior.

“ Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern dort und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus ist mega schön und sehr viel Charme. Sowohl innen als auch im Ausenbereich gibt es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten zum gemeinsamen Essen oder Gemeinschaft haben. Die Zimmer Aufteilung ist richtig gut und jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer. Der Pool ist herrlich mit erhöhtem Bereich optimal für die Kinder oder einfach zum rein setzten. Das riesige Grundstück hat viele verborgenen Elemente zum entdecken, besonders für die Kinder spannend, oder auch um einfach spazieren zu gehen. Die Sauberkeit sowohl Innen als auch Außen Top.
Sylvia und Max waren super freundlich und auch bei ungewöhnlichen Bitten stets zur Stelle. Ab und zu haben wir auch frische Eier von den Hühnern vor Ort bekommen und wir durften uns auch an allen Früchten die die Bäume zu bieten hatten bedienen.
Alles in allem ein super Platz um Spaß zu haben oder auch um einfach zu entspannen.

The house was also amazing, even better than we had hoped for. So much space for us, 8 adults and 5 children. The outdoor facilities with pool, lounges, dining tables etc were also perfect for hanging out all day and night by the house and watching the beautiful sunset at night behind the mountains. “ Die Villa 7teules ist superschön und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Silvia und Max sind perfekte Gastgeber, herzlich, hilfsbereit aber nie aufdringlich. Man merkt die Leidenschaft, die sie in ihr Haus stecken. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und bei Ankunft war alles extrem sauber. Der Pool war um einiges größer als gedacht und zahlreiche Liegeecken laden zum Entspannen ein. Nachts erleuchtet die "Oase der Ruhe" mit zahlreichen Lichtern. Sieht sehr abgefahren aus. “ Silvia und Max sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber, bei denen wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Silvia war so freundlich und hat uns für den ersten Tag einige Dinge zum Frühstück besorgt, da unser Flug in der Nacht ankam. Trotz unserer Ankunft um 2:30 Uhr haben die beiden auf uns gewartet um uns alles zu zeigen. :-) Die Bilder sehen bereits vielversprechend aus, aber die Realität war noch viel schöner. :) Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bar und ist geräumig und groß genug. Zudem gibt es zwei große Lounges und drei große Tische zum Essen. Der Pool ist mir Luftmatratzen und Liegen ausgestattet. Man hat die zudem die Möglichkeit zu Grillen. Es ist einfach alles da, um ein paar schöne Tage zu erleben. Silvia und Max wohnen direkt neben an, sind aber sehr zurückhaltend und haben auch lautere Abende kommentarlos akzeptiert. :) Wir waren insgesamt 9 Mädels und haben dementsprechend auch eine Geräuschkulisse hinterlassen. Es war ein toller Urlaub und ein super Aufenthalt. Wir haben es sehr genossen! Vielen Dank nochmal für alles! :) Grüße aus Hannover ”

“ Der Aufenthalt in Villa 7teules war einfach traumhaft. Die Villa ist fast noch schöner, als auf den Bildern. Der mallorquinische Stil wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail unterstrichen. Es gibt überall etwas zu entdecken. Das Grundstück ist wirklich der Wahnsinn. Insbesondere wenn man mal richtig abschalten möchte. Wir konnten in der Villa, die sich definitiv Irgendwo im Nirgendwo befindet, die Seele baumeln lassen. Der Feldweg zum Haus ist mit einigen Schlaglöchern etwas beschwerlich, aber auch das gehört irgendwie zum Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbaren Villa dazu. Obwohl so remote und ländlich, ist alles super zu erreichen: 30 min zum Flughafen und 15 min zum nächsten Supermarkt (Aldi, Lidl etc.) Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft von Silvia. Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war perfekt. Alles war super vorbereitet. Der Pool (und was für einer!!!) jeden Tag hergerichtet, es gab genügend Handtücher, Liegen, Sonnenschirme und alle Zimmer waren toll ausgestattet. Wir waren 5 Pärchen (Mitte-Ende 20/Anfang 30) haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und einfach eine unvergessliche Zeit hier verbracht. Obwohl die Gastgeber nebenan wohnen, haben wir sie kaum bemerkt. Wir hatten genügend Privatsphäre. Wie gern würden wir diesen magischen Ort als Geheimtipp für uns behalten :)) Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Muchas Gracias por todo y hasta la proxima! ”
