security deposit

The security deposit can be payed together with the last payment (cash if on arrival).
We refund the security deposit back within the first days after check-out.
If the stay is 14 nights or more the security deposit would be 950€, and 1200€ if the stay is 21 nights or more.
cancellation policy simplicity
We refund all until 5 days after confirmation.
We refund all minus 5% of the total, when cancelling between 6 to 15 days after confirmation.*
We refund all minus 15% of the total, when cancelling between 16 to 20 days after confirmation.*
We refund all minus 33,3% of the total, when cancelling until 1 month before arrival.*
(*) we will still refund you even these percentages, for those days that are re-booked by new guests after you cancel or, of course, also if there are any extraordinary circumstances during your booked dates, like government prohibitions, natural catastrophes or public health crisis
We refund you by transferring you your money back (never in vouchers, tokens, coupons, points nor “mickey dollars”).

If you prefer it, there is also the option of booking the villa on Airbnb, where we have been awarded as Superhosts and Guest favourite, and we love the reviews guests have left there too
