This information concerns to guests that book directly with us. If you book or have booked through Airbnb these details don’t apply and vary to Airbnb’s policies.

Options included to adapt to guest requests:
secure dates and plan
pay only 5% or 10% on confirmation and then 30% 2 weeks or 3 weeks later.

pay the total on confirmation, one payment and done, with all rights to refund still there.
(you don’t need to decide if you want any of the following options, until one month before arrival)
only half until arrival
one month before arrival you can pay the remaining part to 50% of the total.
done in two, one less thing
one month before arrival you can pay the remaining balance and have one less thing in your head.
one week before arrival
you can change on arrival for one week before arrival
don´t leave it all for the end
you can divide the payment between one week before arrival and on arrival.

security deposit
700€
The security deposit can be payed together with the last payment (cash if on arrival).
We refund the security deposit back within the first days after check-out.
If the stay is 14 nights or more the security deposit would be 950€, and 1200€ if the stay is 21 nights or more.
cancellation policy simplicity
We refund 100% up to 1 week after confirmation.
We refund 90% of the total, up to 3 weeks after confirmation and more than 30 days before arrival.*
We refund 66,6% of the total, even up to just 1 month before arrival.*
(*) we will still refund you even the rest, for those days that are re-booked by new guests after you cancel or, of course, also if there are any extraordinary circumstances during your booked dates, like government prohibitions, natural catastrophes or a public health crisis.
We refund you by transferring you your money back (never in vouchers, tokens nor coupons).
